Dr. M. N. Saghaye-Biria
Dr. Mohammad Nasser Saghaye-Biria is a Faculty Member of Imam Khomeini Institute for Education and Research. He is also a jurist and holds a level 4 degree in Shi'ite jurisprudence from Qom Seminary (Howzeh) and a Ph.D in educational leadership and policy studies from the university of Houston.
