Code of Conduct

As employees of the University, we strive to fulfill our roles effectively, aiming to create a completely safe and vibrant environment conducive to meaningful and impactful work. We commit ourselves to the following ethical and administrative principles and, by adhering to them, contribute to the realization of the noble goals of this institution:

1. Keeping in mind the name and remembrance of the Almighty, we carry out our tasks with sincerity of intention, openness of heart, and truthfulness in speech and action.
2. Every day and at all times, we interact with colleagues and visitors in a presentable manner, within a well-organized environment characterized by orderliness, discipline, respect, and courtesy, adhering to Islamic and administrative principles, fairness, and justice, striving to uphold Islamic ethical governance.
3. We strive to fulfill assigned tasks with utmost sincerity and fairness, providing sufficient explanations to clarify the minds of our visitors in the shortest possible time.
4. For the realization of religious and human ideals, we consider ourselves committed, even proud, to serving visitors sincerely, considering their dignity, and seeking divine satisfaction, while considering adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks as our religious and primary duties.
5. Honesty, sincerity, frankness, patience, and amiability, accompanied by responsible conduct towards colleagues and visitors, are among our behavioral indicators.
6. Safeguarding confidential information, refraining from disclosing confidential documents, and maintaining the confidentiality of visitors' secrets are among our top priorities.
7. We consider constructive criticism as an adornment of our work.
8. We always remember to refrain from corrupt practices (such as bribery, gift-giving, etc.) and to maintain consistent behavior towards visitors.
9. Decision-making and performance aligned with religious principles, proper time management, and organization, diligence, and conscientiousness in performing duties are of special importance to us.
10. Performing duties based on the principle of participation, preserving the dignity of the university, refraining from abusing authority and observing the administrative hierarchy when dealing with visitors and colleagues, will receive special attention from us.
11. We fully emphasize the use and optimal utilization of new technologies to provide documented and transparent information to respond to visitors, equip and prepare suitable spaces to provide better and more valuable services to visitors.
12. We consider continuous learning and increasing professional and social knowledge and the optimal use of our own and others' knowledge, perspectives, and experiences to improve the performance of our duties necessary.
13. Assisting colleagues while maintaining each other's professional boundaries and striving to increase collective work efficiency will be our duties.
14. Maintaining office equipment, adhering to the principle of frugality, and refraining from personal and non-official use of office properties (such as telephones, computers, network facilities, etc.) are among our personal commitments.
15. We refrain from engaging in any non-official activities, attending non-work-related meetings during office hours, leaving work without permission, etc.
16. We are fully prepared for missions within and outside the city and for working outside office hours if necessary.

We beseech the Almighty to grant us the success to implement all the aforementioned principles in the ethical charter for the realization of the goals of this institution.
