Acceptance Deadline
The deadline for accepting documents and applications for non-sponsored students is eight months before the start of the academic semester according to the university's academic calendar. Documents submitted after the deadline for the following academic semester will be reviewed, and the timing for reviewing the application and announcing the result will be as follows:

Applicants for scholarships will be accepted according to the timetable of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
The last date for receiving documents from applicants for the first semester is before May 15th, and for the second semester is before September 15th.
Results examination and announcement for candidates for the first semester will be on July 15th and for the second semester on November 15th.
Note: The university's website will be ready for the preliminary registration of esteemed reviewers throughout the year, and preliminary registration procedures, document review, Persian language assessment, etc., will be continuously implemented.
