The Islamic Revolution of Iran

The Islamic Revolution of Iran, as one of the most significant events of the twentieth century, is important not only for Iran but also for the Islamic world. This revolution is not just a political change but a profound transformation in power balances, ideologies, and the relationship between religion and politics. Therefore, in this educational program, we seek to academically study the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the political philosophy of Islam. Exploring the revolution's responses to fundamental political questions, persuading public opinion regarding the principles of Islamic governance and the Guardianship of the Jurist, and examining the social, cultural, and religious roots and factors of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, based on the thoughts of Imam Khomeini and other revolutionary thinkers, as well as reviewing contemporary analytical history and theoretical debates on the concept of revolution and the Islamic Revolution, are some of the outcomes of participating in the Islamic Revolution course.
