Rights and Politics in the Quran
The commands and laws that address society and can be placed under the general heading of "rights" is one of the Qur'anic knowledge that should be presented and dealt with in an organized manner; therefore, we find that the Qur'anic system of rights is a broad and comprehensive system that includes many and varied sections and branches.
In order to know the position of the Quran and Islam on other schools of thought, we need a common language between us and these schools of thought, so we should familiarize ourselves with the terms and expressions used by these schools of thought. It is also important to know the theories and opinions of legal philosophers and jurists and how they defend these opinions and theories, so that we can strengthen the position of Islam in front of these schools of thought. In this section, we will familiarize ourselves with the concepts of rights and the views of philosophers and jurists, as well as the Qur'an's opinion on rights issues related to politics. 
The word "rights" has different meanings and terms; however, in this research we will only refer to two of them.
